Day 1 - Back to work on the beach
After the enchantment of the discovery, it is time to get ready to join the rest of the group for a cocktail dinner in one of the most beautiful restaurant in Sitges, if not the one that offers the most charming view: the Cupula Garraf restaurant. Chic and classic atmosphere for the first night! Gastronomy does not fail in its reputation, and every bite caught on the terrace is a delightful experience!
Day 2 - Prepare to fight in the sand!
The meeting ended, beach bag on the shoulder, everyone leaves for lunch at the charming beach restaurant Nomada Beach Club. In addition to offering an exceptional setting and a delicious Mediterranean meal, this xiringito has the advantage of being located directly on the beach where the afternoon activities will take place.
To create a team spirit and a good laugh, the beach Olympics are always a success! Bag racing, sand sculptures, air football, minefield, etc. In all, there are more than twenty workshops the teams will practice, competing to win a trophy! Throughout the afternoon, participants will also enjoy an open bar at the xiringito and sun loungers to rest after their intense race in flippers!
The evening is dedicated to rest. Everyone will enjoy some free time to use the beautiful spa or laze by the pool, before having a buffet dinner at the hotel.
Day 3 - Escape from Barcelona on a boat...!
By team of 8 to 10 people, participants will slip into the shoes of inspectors to investigate on a theft in the old city of Barcelona, but watch the clock tick! In addition to newspaper clippings, interrogation reports, neighborhood map, etc. actors will intervene throughout the morning, providing some valuable clues to help with the investigation. A unique experience that will awaken all the senses of apprentices Sherlock Holmes!
Lunch is provided in a typical tapas restaurant. Then, a big surprise awaits the participants: instead of a transfer by bus, a big catamaran will take the group back to port! Boarding behind the famous W hotel, known for its sail shape, and vamos for 2 hours of sailing to Sitges! From the boat’s bridge, you can see the most emblematic sites of Barcelona: Sagrada Familia, Torre Agbar, Mount Tibidabo, Forum Park, Montjuic, etc. Let yourself gently carried by the waves, the gaze on the horizon, a cocktail in hand…
Here is a day, this crew will not forget! And yet it’s not over!
To end this trip, the gala night is organized in an exceptional place, the Kawai Gava Mar. Isolated in the middle of a pine forest, offering indoor and outdoor tents and direct access to the beach, the place offers a hippie chic and intimate atmosphere! After the cocktail, the night continues in the club area until late at night.
Day 4 – Chill out and plan your return
It takes only half an hour from Barcelona Airport to reach the beautiful ME Sitges Hotel. Located on the beach, this beautiful establishment of the Spanish chain Melia has chosen to lay its foundations in a small village on the Costa Dorada, far from the hustle and bustle of the Costa Brava!
Impeccable service, beautiful sea view rooms, and quality catering make it a privileged address for a stress free stay. Although, what makes it irresistible is its immediate proximity to the beaches!
Rooms are beautiful, spacious and bright, but there are indeed even better places to spend time : on the sand at the private beach club, or on the freshly cut grass from the garden where the impressive pool is set. Cornelian choice!
Is there a better place to organise an incentive trip in Sitges?! We don’t think so.
5 places around Sitges you don't want to miss !
Former home of a collector and eccentric artist of the late nineteenth century, the museum Cau Ferrat is a kind of mansion on the side of a cliff containing, room after room, real gems of contemporary art and tableware. Ceramics painted by Santiago Rusiñol, the eminent owner of the site, with lithographs, statues and paintings by Picasso, Casas or Henry Claraso, the works are exhibited as originally in a kind of meticulously studied disorder. A monument that spreads the values dear to the city of Sitges.
Tarragona was founded in 218 BC to serve as a military base for the armies of Scipio. The ancient Tarraco occupied an important place in the history of the Iberian Peninsula conquest by the Romans. Roman presence is still visible by the number and scale of the vestiges of this time, which extend from the highest part of the city to the sea. Today the city is in full economic expansion thanks to tourism. In 2000, Tarragona was declared World Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.
